Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Sacred Valley VIP
Start of the tour
Pickup between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. from your hotel to begin the tour through the Sacred Valley.
Chinchero
Visit to the textile center and the archaeological complex of Chinchero, where you will learn about part of the living Andean tradition.
Moray
Exploration of the famous circular terraces used by the Incas for agricultural experimentation.
Maras Salt Mines
Tour of the most important salt mine in Cusco, one of the most iconic postcards of the Sacred Valley.
Urubamba
You will enjoy a buffet lunch for approximately 50 minutes.
Ollantaytambo
At 3:00 p.m., we visit the archaeological park, temples, terraces, and Inca viewpoints of this important village.
Night at a hotel in Ollantaytambo
After the tour, you will rest at the hotel to prepare for the trekking day ahead.
Day 1 Details

Day 2: Ollantaytambo – Km 104 – Wiñaywayna – Inti Punku – Aguas Calientes
Early departure and train journey
Very early in the morning, we transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Km 104, the starting point of the Short Inca Trail.
Arrival at Km 104
The hike begins here. Along the route, we visit the archaeological complexes of Chachabamba and Choquesuysuy.
Ascent to Wiñaywayna
We hike for approximately 4 hours along Inca trails, terraces, and stone stairways until reaching Wiñaywayna, one of the most impressive archaeological sites on the route.
Lunch
During the route, you will enjoy a box lunch to recharge your energy.
Trail to Inti Punku
We continue for about 2 hours to the famous Sun Gate, from where you will have a spectacular panoramic view of Machu Picchu.
Descent to Machu Picchu and Aguas Calientes
After the panoramic entrance, we descend and take the bus to Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 3: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Early ascent to the citadel
Very early, we leave by bus to reach Machu Picchu and appreciate the sunrise over the citadel.

Visit to the main temples, plazas, Intihuatana, fountains, and sacred enclosures of the historic sanctuary.
Free time
Afterward, you will have approximately 4 hours to continue exploring, take photographs, or add Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain with prior reservation.
Return to Cusco
Bus descent, train to Ollantaytambo, and final transfer to Cusco and your hotel.
