11:30 a.m. - Visit to the Maras Salt Mines:

We arrive at the Maras Salt Mines, an impressive set of thousands of tiered salt ponds. This salt extraction system has been used since pre-Incan times by local families. Here, you will learn about the salt collection process and the importance of this resource to the region's economy.

12:30 p.m. - Free time at the Salt Mines:

You will have free time to explore the salt mines at your own pace. You can also purchase local products, such as the famous Maras pink salt, which is highly appreciated for its flavor and properties. Take the opportunity to take photos of this unique landscape.

1:00 p.m. - Return to Cusco:

We will begin our return to Cusco, enjoying the beautiful views of the Sacred Valley along the way. Relax and admire the landscape as we make our way back to the city.

3:00 p.m. - Arrival in the center of Cusco:

Next, visit the Tambomachay Water Temple, famous for its fountains and aqueducts, which demonstrate the impressive hydraulic skill of the Incas.

6:15 p.m. - Return to Cusco:

We will arrive in Cusco and drop you off at a central location in the city. From here, you can continue exploring the historic center of Cusco, visit local markets, or return to your hotel to rest after a day full of history and nature.
