04:00 a.m. – Hotel Pick-up

The transport will pick you up from your hotel if you are located in the center of Cusco. If not, a meeting point will be provided.

06:00 a.m. – Breakfast in Cusipata

Our first stop will be for breakfast to recharge our energy. The journey from Cusco to Cusipata will take approximately 2 hours.

07:00 a.m. – Continuing the Journey to Combapata

After breakfast, we continue our journey to Combapata. On this route, we’ll take a detour near the Salka River. This segment of the journey will take approximately 1 hour.

08:00 a.m. – Arrival at the Starting Point of the Hike

We arrive at the starting point for the hike to Palcoyo’s Rainbow Mountain. We will take some time to prepare. Remember to bring only the essentials for the hike.

08:15 a.m. – Start of the Hike

The hike begins towards the mountain. It will take approximately 40 minutes to reach the main viewpoint.

09:00 a.m. – Arrival at the Main Viewpoint

We’ll enjoy the spectacular view of Palcoyo’s Rainbow Mountain. There will be time to take photos and enjoy the natural landscapes, including the majestic Ausangate Mountain Range.

09:30 a.m. – Return to the Transport

After the tour of the viewpoint, we return to the starting point where the transport awaits.

10:00 a.m. – Visit to the Checacupe Bridges

On the way back, we will visit the village of Checacupe to see three ancient bridges and enjoy the local scenery.

12:00 p.m. – Lunch in Cusipata

Lunch in Cusipata. We will take a break to rest and replenish energy after the hike.

01:00 p.m. – Return to Cusco

After lunch and rest, we begin our return journey to Cusco.

03:00 p.m. – Arrival in Cusco

Arrival in Cusco, where the tour concludes and you will be dropped off in the city center.
