We will begin the day very early, picking up all participants from their hotels located in the historic center.
We will take the southern route into the Andes, enjoying a stunning sunrise as the Andean landscape begins to light up.

Cusco – Cusipata

During the journey, we will pass through valleys, mountains, and small high-Andean communities dedicated to raising llamas and alpacas.
This route offers perfect views to capture photographs of the rural landscape of deep Peru.

Breakfast in the village of Cusipata

We will make a stop in Cusipata to enjoy a typical Andean breakfast. Here, you can recharge your energy with coffee,
bread, fruit, and hot options before starting the hike.

Phulawasipata

Start of the hike (4,400 m.a.s.l.)

We will arrive at the base camp located at 4,400 meters above sea level, from where we will begin the hike toward Vinicunca.
The route is about 3 km (approximately 1.5 hours) along trails surrounded by multicolored mountains and local wildlife such as llamas and alpacas.

Tip: walk at a steady pace and with controlled breathing; the altitude is noticeable.

Summit of Rainbow Mountain (5,200 m.a.s.l.)

We will reach the highest point of the tour. Here, you will have time to:
